Required Reading: FEBRUARY
Before January even came to a close, I was already contemplating on which books to read for February. This is because I managed to read not just the 3 titles that I've chosen for January's Required Reading challenge, but also because there were a couple of other books that I was able to finish. Yay for me! :)
A round-up of the January books, first.
So I got two books with 4-star ratings, and one with a perfect 5 rating. Looks like my choices did not disappoint! Very high ratings indeed. Let's see how the books for February will fare. :)
I don't really follow a specific theme for the books I choose (unlike Tina, who hosts this series), coming up with the titles on a whim. So, for this month, as in the previous ones, what I have lined up are from different genres and have different themes, as well.
Right now, I am still devouring Cloud Atlas by David Mitchell, which I hope to finish by next week. I am also going to squeeze in The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupery,(whose last name I still don't know how to pronounce and) which is the book of the month for TFG's F2F discussion on the last weekend of February. Though I'm still not sure if I could make it, I would still want to read the book so I won't be left behind. :)
Psyched and can't wait to read these books! :)

Good luck to our required readings! :)
Do you still want to read Middlesex? I'll keep an eye out for a copy, should I visit the Book Sale branch nearby. ;)
TINA: I actually decided to read The Thief after reading your review of the last book in the series. Also, I'm giving in to curiosity. :)
